You must be at least 21 or above to purchase tobacco items from this site. Photo ID including AGE and ADDRESS is REQUIRED before order will be shipped.  You may send it via email, fax, or mail.

 

As a Native American business operating on sovereign land, "It is our policy to adhere to all laws and regulations which restrict and/or prohibit purchases of tobacco products by consumers, which include those within the States of New York, Connecticut, Maryland, Ohio, and Arkansas."

 

What payment methods do you accept?

At this time we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

They are processed through Authorize.net, a secure and verified merchant. 

How safe is it to order online?

All credit card transactions are placed on the processor's server which is PCI compliant and uses SSL encryption. 

We do not have access to any credit card information.

How do I create an account?

An account is automatically created when you place an order.

When it is activated by Customer Service, you'll receive a "Reset Password" link.

By logging into your account, you won't have to re-enter your personal information at each visit.

How are orders shipped? 

 

Most orders are shipped using USPS (United States Postal Service).  Others might be shipped through our private carrier service depending on your location (select zip codes in CA, FL, IA, IL, MN, ND, NE, NJ, NY, SD, TX, and WA).

 

All Orders may take 1-2 business days for processing AFTER proper age verification is received.

USPS delivery can take 3-7 business days for delivery AFTER the 1-2 business days it may take for order processing. Delivery times will vary if your order is shipped via our private carrier service.

If there is a delay in processing or product, it will not be received in this time frame.

We will contact you by phone if there is a product delay or back order issue.

How fresh are my cigars and tobacco?

We keep very little product in stock.  We guarantee that the products we sell are the freshest available. 

What if I have a problem with my order?

Will I be charged taxes? 

We are a Native American business located on the Seneca Nation (a Sovereign Nation) in Western New York. 

It is the responsibility of the Buyer to ascertain and comply with any laws in regard to the purchase and use of any cigarette or tobacco products.

In order to determine the applicable limits on purchases or taxing responsibilities, if any, 

imposed by your particular state, the consumer may want to contact their state authorities.
