If there was a mistake with your order, you can ship the incorrect merchandise back to us for an exchange. 

Once we receive your package back, we will ship the correct item(s).  

If it was our mistake, we will reimburse you for the return shipping and the cost of reshipping. 

MAKE SURE TO CONTACT US FIRST and INCLUDE YOUR INVOICE WITH ANY RETURNS.  

We can accept returns for refund as well.  Simply return the "unopened" items back to us. 

Shipping fees cannot be refunded. 

There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns. 

ALL RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE.

Refunds can take up to 10 business days to process.
